Maglificio Pini is happy to announce a big come back to Pitti Filati KnitClub, in Florence, this coming June.
At the fair we will show the key pieces that more represent Maglificio Pini’s know-how, expertise and skills. Furthermore we are taking part in a few creative projects that combine the love and the ability to create beauty, passion and care for our work.
We have worked together with Dyloan Studio, the driving force of the area Moda Futuribile for the last 10 editions of Pitti Filati. This year’s focus is on the very current concepts of re-think, re-use and re-knit. Trying to promote a sustainable approach to fashion, Dyloan Studio will use its technology and techniques to modify one of the pieces from our garments archive, bringing it new life.
But not only: Maglificio Pini will also contribute to Customeasy, spin-off of the Research Area, which central point for this 85th edition of Pitti Filati is treatments and maximization of productive process. In addition to the pieces displayed in our stand K/12, some creations of Maglificio Pini can also be seen in the Customeasy area.
It is well known to us that the starting point for creating a masterpiece to wear is finding the best quality material which gives value to each and every product. Maglificio Pini collaborated with Filpucci to develop the knitted stitches for the mill’s stand, in a continuous dialogue between the wealth of experience and the potentiality of innovation, showing the strong Italian character in our souls and – most important – in our knits and yarns.
